THE ACADEMY FOR EMPLOYEES

Our field of expertise requires people to act as professionals. Whether in the heart of the refinery, at a terminal, a hectic logistical bottleneck or in a tunnel; all of our work areas have strict rules, values, instructions and procedures – and they are all literally a matter of life and death. A professional feels responsible for his or her work and does not hesitate to remind colleagues of their responsibilities when necessary.

To promote professionalism among its staff, Geerdink has founded the Academy in cooperation with partners Compass and  Enigma . At the Academy, we build pride and professionalism and we expand professional knowledge, skills and competencies. Not just by sending employees through a training course, but by working together to realise the company’s goals and the employee’s own personal ambitions.
